The Zipstream technology helps optimize bandwidth and storage, especially for H.264 and H.265 streams, by intelligently compressing video without compromising image quality.

The camera is capable of streaming high-definition 4 MP video at up to 60 frames per second (fps), ensuring smooth and detailed footage even in fast-moving scenes. When Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) is enabled, the stream is optimized for challenging lighting conditions, and the camera maintains 30 fps, ensuring both bright and dark areas in the scene are clearly visible. This is especially useful in environments where lighting conditions vary dramatically, such as entrances, parking lots, or outdoor areas. For enhanced security and intelligent video monitoring, the camera comes equipped with AXIS Object Analytics, which enables precise detection and classification of objects in the camera’s field of view. The camera also features AXIS Speed Monitor, which allows it to track and analyze the speed of moving objects in its view. This is particularly useful for monitoring vehicles or individuals that may be moving at varying speeds, providing real-time insights into their behavior. To further enhance security, the camera includes shock detection, which alerts users to any physical tampering or impact to the camera, as well as an active tampering alarm that notifies users if the camera is being obstructed or intentionally disrupted.
